The terms that apply when you buy from Green Enterprises.
This policy sets out a structure only. The points below must be confirmed by Green Enterprises and this notice removed before the site goes live.
- Whether prices shown include or exclude delivery.
- How long a quoted price is held for custom or wholesale orders.
- Any deposit required for custom fabrication or project work.
- The governing law and jurisdiction clause the business wants to use.
These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before placing an order.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Sizes are stated in inches or centimetres as noted on the product page and are measured as described there. Because many items are made by hand in small workshops, small variations in finish, weld and paint are normal and are not defects.
Plants are not included with any product unless the product page says so explicitly. Photographs often show a product planted up to illustrate its use.
Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Prices can change, and the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you complete checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch, which is also when we confirm stock and delivery cost. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
Custom and wholesale work
Custom fabrication and project work is quoted individually. Scope, materials, finish and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Because custom items are made to your specification, they are not returnable except where they are faulty or not as agreed.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Liability
Please install brackets, frames and hanging baskets according to their intended load, and check that the wall or railing can carry the weight of a basket once it is planted and watered. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by installation that exceeds a product’s intended use.
