Shipping Policy
How Green Enterprises dispatches and delivers orders across Pakistan.
This policy sets out a structure only. The points below must be confirmed by Green Enterprises and this notice removed before the site goes live.
- The courier or couriers actually used, and the cities covered.
- Delivery charges: flat rate, by weight, by city, or free above a threshold.
- Realistic dispatch and delivery timeframes for Multan, Punjab and the rest of Pakistan.
- How oversized items (large stands, 24 inch window boxes) are charged and shipped.
- Whether international delivery is offered at all — the previous site suggested it was planned, not active.
How we get your order to you.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan by courier. Delivery to your city is confirmed at checkout; if we cannot reach an address we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery charges
Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay, so you always see the total before committing. Large or heavy items such as tall metal stands and long window boxes can carry a higher charge because of their size.
Dispatch
Orders are checked, packed by hand and dispatched from Multan. We confirm your order before dispatch, and we will tell you if anything you have ordered is not immediately available.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If anything has arrived damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us the same day so we can take it up with the courier.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from our Garden Gallery in Multan during opening hours. Let us know in advance and we will have the order ready.
