Do you sell plants as well as pots and accessories?
Our range is garden accessories and garden decoration: pots and planters, hanging baskets, metal stands, brackets, tools, growing media and seeds. We do not supply plants directly. We can refer you to contractors and nurseries, but we cannot guarantee their work.
Where do you deliver?
We serve customers across Pakistan, and orders are sent by courier. You can also order through our Daraz listings. We would like to serve customers outside Pakistan in future; international delivery is not confirmed at present, so please contact us before assuming it is available.
How can I pay?
Please contact us to confirm the payment methods currently available for your order. Options that have been used previously include bank transfer, mobile wallets and card payment through marketplace listings. The payment methods enabled at checkout are the ones we can accept today.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Hanging baskets in particular are supplied wholesale, and we quote for bulk orders of stands, brackets and planters. Send us the quantities and sizes you need and we will come back with a price.
Can you make a stand or frame to my own measurements?
Yes. Custom metal stands, frames, window boxes and shapes are made in our workshop. Send us the dimensions, the pot size it must hold and the finish you want.
Which hanging basket size should I choose?
Basket size is measured across the top in inches. An 8 inch basket suits a single small plant, 10 to 12 inches suits a mixed planting, and 14 inches gives a full display but is heavy once watered, so check that your bracket and wall can take the load. Message us if you are unsure.
Do you share gardening guides and tips?
We share guidance and tips through our social channels, and a YouTube channel covering product use and garden maintenance is planned.
Can I visit and see the products?
Yes. Our Garden Gallery in Multan is open Saturday to Thursday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, and closed on Friday. The address and a map are on our Contact page.
